VIRTUAL CLASSROOM SETUP IS TO EXPLORE A KINDERGARDEN CLASSROOM SETUP FOR VIRTUAL TEACHING AND DISTANCE LEARN.
Due to Covid-19 Our little millennium abbigere children accepted the challenge to attend theVirtual classes. We the little millennium abbigere started our virtual classes on6th July 2020.Guidelines, instructions and app detail were sent in WhatsApp format. Our children attended the classes with a great enthusiasm and confident, which made the teachers feel happy and go head for the further classes.
DASARA CELEBRATION 2020-21
May this Dasara, light up for you. The hopes of happy times, and dreams for you. Full of smiles. A virtual ' Dasara celebration was organized on 23rd October 2020 for the children of EW, RTF-1, and RTF-2. children had decked up themselves with ethnic wear and participated virtual festive celebration and prepared a greeting card saying "Happy Dasara to all".
THEME-SHAPES 2020-21
Everything we see in the world around us has a shape. we can find different basic shapes such as the two-dimensional square, rectangle, and oval or the three -dimensional rectangular prism, cylinder, and shapes in the objects we see around us.
In the month of September, it was fun filled with shapes activity, through art and craft activity, children learned shapes like square, cone, cylinder, rectangle, and diamond by doing activity like a square - photo frame, cylinder -car, and pen stand, cone - giraffe and Santa, last not but least our Ew beautifully showcased diamond- kite, and rectangle-photo frame.
THEME - ANIMAL KINGDOM 2020-21
“No one else will ever know the strength of love for you; after all, you're the only one who knows the sound of my heart from the inside”.
In the month of November on animal kingdom children participated virtually and understood the concept of farm, wild, pet, insects and birds by miniatures like bees, cow, birds, and ants.
On 27th November 2020, Friday it was a delight to see our mothers and children dressed up in animal attire and enacted as mother and cub was commendable.
Parent’s dedication, their time and effort to ensure their child’s participation online on animal kingdom was appreciable.
INDEPENDENCE DAY 2020-21
Celebrating 74th years of freedom, LM abbigere celebrated a virtually Independence Day with great enthusiasm on 15th August 2020. Parents and children participated actively in the programme where students of EW, RTF-1 and RTF-2 participated with great spirit of patriotism through vegetable carving and depicting the tri-colour flag and colour co- ordinated with veggies like radish, carrot and cucumber.
KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI 2020-21
To know the culture and importance of the festival, Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated on Tuesday, 11th of August virtually. Children from EW,RTF-1.RTF-2 had dressed up beautifully as Radha and Krishna, were they enjoyed celebrating Krishna’s birthday by doing pooja at home. For each class activities were planned by teachers and children enjoyed doing the like pot with butter using cotton and sequence.
THEME:COLOURS
As theme colours in the month of August every week children where asked to dress up indifferent colours like red,blue.green.yellow,brown.white,black and gray. Every week children actively participated and did collage,plam print,colour shading,face mask.

THEME - SEASONS
Season theme was conducted in the month ofJuly. Children were exposed to different activities based on summer, winter and rainy season. Through various skills such as running race, sandplay, knocking the bottles down. Race and games were consciously helped the child to understand various seasons. We created a thematic environment in and around the school premises based on different seasons. The children were informed to bring appropriate clothes& food items.As per theseasons to have the knowledge and an enriching experience was given to the children of E.W, RTF-1 & RTF-2.
THEME- OUR NIEGHBOORHOOD
As pre- preparation before visiting the park as per our theme,all teachers explained about the park ambience&instructed them to maintain discipline.
VISIT TO A PARK
Children of E.W,RTF-1 & RTF-2 were taken to Yelhanka park to make them be aware of OUR NIEGHBOURHOOD. We also gave them a awareness about cleanliness, greenery & healthy tips (fresh oxygen). Children enjoyed thoroughly ,which gave them afirst hand experience on the importance of ourNeighborhood.
THEME - COLORS
In the month of August we had the Theme –COLOURS, in which we celebrated different colours day,every week importance was given for one colour like orange, pink, and white, where all children from E.W, RTF-1 and RTF-2 were asked to dressed up in different shades of these colours. The classroom and corridor was decorated based on colour like orange fish, flower, butterfly, etc. As group activity childrenenjoyed painting, collage work and palm print.
During the last week of colour theme,each class was given different colour like for EW-Red colour,RTF-1Green colour and RTF-2 Yellow colour. Based on these colours children were asked to dress up and come .children spoke about the importance of eachcolour.Involvement of parents made these events a Grand Success.
EVENT- JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION
A fancy dress competition was held on23/08/2019 between E.W, RTF-1 and RTF-2 children. Where the girls decked as Radha and the boys as Sri Krishna. With their splendid performance, they lighted up the stage and mesmerized for that day. Teachers from (RIS) Ms SUBHA and Ms SWATHI were the judges. The students were judged on the basis of their make-up, expressions as well as level of confidence. A part from the winners, consolation prizes wasalso given to all the participants.
It was a one the most memorable event held in Little millennium Abbigere.
EVENT - KIDS MARATHON
On November 10th Kids Marathon was organized at the National college ground in Basavanagudi for kids between 4 to 8 years. Overall from Karnataka children of Little millennium participated in this event. It was a short distance run to support the cause against child abuse and promote the healthy development of children.
The chief guest was Honorable Padma shriPT Usha.
All the participants were appreciated & awarded with medals.
EVENT – GRANDPARENTS DAY
Grand Parents are the families’ strong foundation through their special love and care.
They keep a family close to heart.
To enrich the bond between grandparent and their grandchild.
Grandparent’s day was organized on 16th November 2019.
Games and races were arranged with their grand children. It was one of the most emotional event, allgrandparentsand grandchildren actively participated.Allparticipants were felicitated and they expressed their feelings and views.
LIONS BIRTHDAY PARTY
Motto – To Recognize types of animals.
We celebrated Lion’s birthday party on 29th September. School was decorated with large size cutouts of wild animals. We hanged lots of cutouts of birds, insects &Flower pictures. Students were properly informed to bring types of animals mask, all the children wore animals mask. The school was decorated with lots of balloons.The childrenplayed games and swayed to the music and danced.
THEME- PLANTS
Based on the theme, differentsizes of plants like herbs, shrubs, creeper, climber & trees. Teachers brought real creepers, climbers &some medicinal plants ( mint, coriander, fenu greek, curry leaves, basils)which gave a hands on experience on the difference and similarities. EVENT - SANKRANTI MELA
Sankranti- Mela This was celebrated on 18th of January & the first event of 2020 with active involvement of parents during PTM. All the classes were decorated with kites & sugarcane cutouts, to have the festive feel of sankrathi festival. The school premises was giving the feel of complete celebration of sankranthi festival full traditionally. Parents enjoyed the traditional games organized by school especially LAGORI by the Fathers
We had a popcorn race, ramp walk & stalls were also arranged inside the campus with refreshments.
FIELDS TRIP
Visit to a mall called (GO HAPPY):
Team of teachers ith their respective class children visited the mall called
Go HAPPY near Abbigere.
Thechildren enjoyed alsorecognised and differentiated good food and Junk food.
THEME BASED SPECIAL ASSEMBLY
SPORTS DAY
Sports is an integrated part of schooling.The children Started the day by a march past representing their classes with a sign board. Different sports activitis were conducted as per their classes. (Balance race, zigzag race, lemon &spoon, collecting the balls from the rings,Huddles, ball in leg balancing)
